East Longmeadow girls’ soccer standout Emma Sousa is the latest athlete from Western Massachusetts to secure their talent at the next level, as the senior announced her verbal commitment via X, formerly known as Twitter, to play Division I soccer at Le Moyne College.
“Committing to Le Moyne was an incredible feeling,” Sousa said. “I was excited, relieved, and honestly just thankful. After putting in years of hard work, sacrifices, and dedication to soccer, it was amazing to know that it all led to an opportunity like this.
