A Maryland-based developer is seeking to build a WoodSpring Suites hotel on Providence Street in Worcester, according to the company’s regional vice president for real estate and land acquisition.
Terry O’Brien, the regional vice president for real estate and land acquisition for Park Silver Development LLC, of Fulton, Md., confirmed to MassLive that the company is is looking to build a WoodSpring Suites hotel at 277 Providence St.
