When our team at Dakin Humane Society learned that the Pet Health Center had been named Best Veterinary Clinic in MassLive’s Reader Raves poll, there were many smiles and high-fives shared among staff and volunteers.
Being recognized as the best in the region is reason enough to celebrate, but this means so much more. It means that the evolution of the Pet Health Center, a goal that was developed over several years and was accomplished with the hard work and dedication of so many past and current employees and volunteers and with support from generous foundations and major donors, has indeed fulfilled its mission of bringing accessible veterinary care to a community of pet owners in need.
