WESTFIELD – Over the last several months the city’s Water Resources Division has been working to complete a citywide water service line material inventory and because of a lack of response the next step in the process is making door-to-door home inspections to about 3,500 water customers.
“It’s important for the people respond. This will really help us so we can move on,” said interim DPW Director Francis Cain on Thursday.
