Christmas trees are a treat for goats at Whip City Animal Sanctuary

WESTFIELD – Robin Plourde, co-founder of the Whip City Animal Sanctuary said donations of fresh-cut Christmas trees are a treat for the resident goats this time of year.

Whip City Animal Sanctuary at 232 Montgomery Rd. in Westfield is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization providing a stable, forever home for rescued and surrendered farm animals, many who have been neglected and abused.
