SOUTHWICK — While nearly every agricultural operation participating in Farm Day is offering goodies those who visit their operations on Sunday, Aug. 18, Calabrese Farms and Moolicious will be teaming up to offer what could be considered a full lunch, with fresh-roasted corn and ice creams featuring fruits grown on the Calabrese farm.
“We’ll be roasting hundreds of ears of corn on the cob featuring different recipes,” said Joe Calabrese, the farm’s manager.
