The Chamber of Greater Easthampton will hold its second Coffee & Connections of the year on May 16 from 8 to 9 a.m. at its WorkHub on Union coworking space at 33 Union St.

The Young Professional Society of Greater Springfield (YPS) has announced its May events:

Leadership Luncheon: Springfield Restaurant Week with Raymond Berry Jr. on Tuesday, May 13, from noon to 1:15 p.m., at the UMass Amherst Henry M. Thomas III Center at Tower Square located at 1500 Main St, Springfield.

May Third Thursday at the Zoo in Forest Park on Thursday, May 15, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., at The Zoo in Forest Park located on Sumner Avenue, Springfield.

United Way of Pioneer Valley will hold its Champions of Change event on May 1 from 4:30 to 6 p.m. at the Holyoke Community College Culinary Arts Institute building, 164 Race St., Holyoke. The event is open to all and will recognize those who have gone above and beyond to uplift others, drive progress and strengthen the community. Honorees are:

— United in Service — Volunteer Award: Celebrating outstanding volunteerism and a deep commitment to creating positive change. Awardee: Angel Sanjurjo Olmeda.

— United in Legacy — Donor Award: Honoring the power of philanthropy in empowering lasting impact. Awardee: Eversource.

— United in Leadership — Board Service Award: Recognizing exceptional leadership and dedication in board service. Awardee: Sarah Reece

— United in Impact — Partner Agency Award: Applauding the transformative work of our partner agencies serving those most in need. Awardee: Holyoke Community College/Culinary Arts Institute.

Guests are welcome to drop in anytime between 4:30 and 6 p.m. A brief awards presentation will take place at 5 p.m. Light appetizers will be served throughout the event, including a special dish prepared by students from the Holyoke Community College MGM Culinary Arts Institute, using ingredients sourced from the United Way of Pioneer Valley Food Pantry for the week. Guests will also have the opportunity to tour the pantry.
