Brookline escapes Attleboro in fifth set to reach MIAA Quarterfinals

BROOKLINE – The plan was simple for No. 8 Brookline head coach Caitlin Sobolewski. Her team didn’t need any new plays or big adjustments. She kept it straightforward: play like we did in the first two sets and jump out to an early lead.

After winning their first two sets against No. 9 Attleboro, the Warrior dropped sets three and four to send the match into the deciding set. With the momentum out of their favor, the Warriors coach assured her team they could handle the moment.
