NEWTON – Coming off a bye week, Wellesley football had much to prove to themselves as they traveled to face Newton North Friday night.
Dominating early both in the air and on the ground, the Raiders (3-3) looked sharp offensively against the Tigers (3-4) and came out on top with a 42-21 win.
