WESTFIELD — The Blessed Buys Thrift Shoppe, which is celebrating its third anniversary in July, granted its quarterly donation of $1,200 from sales to the FACES program of the Westfield State University Foundation, which offers support to current and former foster youth, homeless youth and those who have experienced other forms of substitute care.
