Bill Belichick’s boat gets new name, fuels engagement to Jordon Hudson rumors

A rumor surfaced earlier this week that Jordon Hudson has told at least one person she’s engaged to Bill Belichick.

While the couple hasn’t confirmed or denied whether a wedding is in their future, Belichick’s boat only added to the speculation.

Belichick’s boat, which had been named “VIII Rings” to represent his eight Super Bowl rings he won while in the NFL — including six with the New England Patriots — got new paint a new name: “I + VIII Rings,” as shown in a photo obtained by TMZ Sports.

Perhaps the new name is for an engagement ring. Or maybe it represents Hudson’s ring she won during the National Cheerleaders Association Collegiate Championship while she attended Bridgewater State University.

The relationship between the 73-year-old coach and the 24-year-old model has been in the headlines since the two went public in 2024. Hudson accompanied Belichick to an interview with CBS Morningswhen she bluntly shut down a question about how they met.

Not long after, a report surfaced that Hudson was banned from UNC’s football facility, but the school released a statement that denied she wasn’t allowed to be around.

It’s unclear when the two got together, but a report from The New York Times revealed Hudson was frequently at the team hotel last season when the Patriots would stay near Gillette Stadium prior to home games.
