On Saturday, the Amherst boys cross country team traveled up to Gorham, Maine to compete in the Southern Maine XC Classic against 35 other schools from across the state.
The Hurricanes dominated the race, with three runners finishing in the top 15 as they ended the day with 76 points to secure a first place victory and improve to 7-0 on the season.
