Activity begins in first week to pull papers for municipal elections

WESTFIELD — All of the incumbent ward councilors, several at-large city councilors, incumbent and new, and one Municipal Light Board commissioner pulled nomination papers for upcoming November elections in the first week they became available beginning on April 1, according to Westfield City Clerk Kaitlyn Bruce.
