SPRINGFIELD — A solar panel salesperson knocked on Holly Daniels’ door in East Forest Park in 2019 and pitched her a rooftop array.
Daniels noticed a neighbor used solar panels, and the salesperson told her she would save money, she said. So she signed up for a subscription plan with the company, Vivint Solar, which was purchased by another business, Sunrun, soon after.
