City woman pleads guilty to vehicular homicide, loses license for 15 years

WESTFIELD — A city woman, who struck and killed a wheelchair-bound man while he crossed Franklin Street last summer, accepted an agreement to plead guilty to misdemeanor vehicular homicide in District Court Tuesday and had her driver’s license revoked for 15 years, according to court documents.

Jeannie K. Hall, 43, of Collins Street, Westfield, accepted the plea agreement after initially declining to accept an agreement that would have had her serve three months in the Hampden County House of Correction, which was requested by a Hampden County assistant district attorney, according to court documents.
