
Someone emerged from a South Shore 7-Eleven $100,000 richer than when they went in.
The 7-Eleven at 1371 Hanover St. in Hanover sold a $100,000 winner in the game of “Mass Cash.” The winning numbers for Friday were 1, 19, 23, 27, 28.
“Mass Cash” players select five numbers from 1 to 35 and tickets cost $1. Drawings are held daily at 9 p.m. Those who match all five numbers win $100,000. Odds of winning the top prize are 1 in 324,632.
Overall, at least 813 prizes worth $600 or more were won or claimed in Massachusetts on Friday, including 20 in Springfield, 27 in Worcester and 82 in Boston.
The Massachusetts State Lottery releases a full list of winning tickets every day. The list only includes winning tickets worth more than $600.
The two largest lottery prizes won so far in 2025 were each worth $15 million. One of the prizes was from a winning “Diamond Deluxe” scratch ticket sold in Holyoke, and the other was from a “300X” scratch ticket sold on Cape Cod.
