A 37-year-old man was flown to a hospital after falling 20 to 30 feet inside a home in West Newbury, police said.
Around 1:51 p.m., West Newbury police and firefighters went to 137 River Road for reports of a male contractor who had fallen, Police and Fire Chief Michael Dwyer said in a statement. The man was treated on scene before being taken to a park by ambulance, where he was then flown to a hospital.
The man’s injuries are not believed to be life-threatening, Dwyer said.
The incident is being investigating by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration and West Newbury Inspectional Services.
