Craig Breslow vowed to revamp the organization’s pitching infrastructure when he was hired as the chief baseball officer of the Red Sox last October.
“I think we’re in a significantly better place than we were at the time that I took over here,” Breslow said at his end of year press conference. “There’s an increased emphasis on pitching development.”
