Award-winning Mass. pizzeria featured on ‘Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives’

Food Network star Guy Fieri took a trip to an award-winning pizzeria in Cambridge last week during an episode of his popular series “Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives.”

“What a thrill it was to have @guyfieri and his incredible team in our home,” Source in Harvard Square wrote on Instagram Friday, Aug. 16. “Thank you to all of our amazing staff, guests, friends & family that make this all possible!”

Source was featured in the episode “From Breakfast to the Boot” that premiered last Friday.

The restaurant, which sources 90% of its food and beverages within 100 miles of its Cambridge location, served Fieri its signature pepperoni pizza and French toast.

Daniel Roughan, owner of Source, opened the restaurant doors in November 2020. His longtime friend, Chef Brian Kevorkian, serves as Source’s executive chef and partner.

The restaurant was named the Best Pizza in the City by Boston Magazine in 2023.

Source is located at 27 Church St. in Cambridge and is open Monday through Wednesday from 12-9 p.m., Thursday and Friday from 12-10 p.m., Saturday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
