In last half century, UMass student protests helped bring needed change (Editorial)

Each year, thousands of undergraduate students are educated at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. And nearly every year, a smaller number use the right of peaceful protest to educate others about things in our world that need repair.

It’s sometimes messy, but the results can be impressive.
