BOSTON — In a casual conversation during Friday’s pregame media session, Red Sox manager Alex Cora brought some clarity to the situation surrounding his future.
For the first time, Cora — whose contract expires at the end of the season — said he will not be discussing his situation with Red Sox brass during the year and that the situation will only be resolved after the season ends.
