WESTFIELD — For the past three years, Vlad’s Pizza has been serving up brick-oven pies in the parking lot of the Olver Transit Center by Elm Street Plaza. For them, it’s been a good business decision.
“There’s a lot of foot traffic,” said Ana Koshmar, who works at the pop-up stand with owner Vladimir Koshmar.
