A 19-year-old Fall River resident was arrested Tuesday afternoon in the city and now faces charges connected to the fatal shooting of an 18-year-old last week, Bristol County District Attorney Thomas M. Quinn III announced.
Jadyn Ortiz is the third teenager facing a charge of accessory to murder-after the fact tied to the killing of Colus Jamal Mills-Good, 18, of Fall River. The other two teenagers, Xzavien Figueroa-Valcarel, 19, and Giovanni Nunes, 18, both of Fall River, were arrested Sunday, Quinn’s office said in a statement.
Ortiz is set to be arraigned in Fall River District Court Wednesday, the statement said. Figueroa-Valcarel and Nunes were arraigned Monday and are both being held on $250,000 cash bail.
