SPRINGFIELD — The Latino Economic Development Corporation is adding immigration advice to its menu of advocacy and assistance for entrepreneurs.
“There is a big Latino population in Western Massachusetts that I think is being underserved when it comes to immigration and immigration rights,” said Alba Contreras, an immigration attorney who started working out of the Latino Economic Development Corp. downtown about three weeks ago.
