For 17-year-old Kettaina Tidor, living at the former Best Western Concord shelter has been a place of comfort and support.
“There’s nothing to complain about, honestly. Because we get food on time. We have lunch, breakfast and dinner — which wasn’t something we used to have where we used to live,” said Tidor, smiling and wearing a black beanie and bright pink “Los Angeles” sweatshirt.
