The death of Denise Damato Coe, a 59-year-old woman who was found shot and killed in her home in Danville, New Hampshire earlier this week, is under investigation as a homicide, authorities disclosed Saturday.
An autopsy by New Hampshire Chief Medical Examiner Dr. Jennie Duval concluded Coe died from multiple gunshot wounds and the manner of her death was homicide, according to a statement from New Hampshire Attorney General John M. Formella, New Hampshire State Police Executive Major Matthew S. Shapiro and Danville Police Chief Wade Parsons
Danville police officers responded to a call at 48 Back Road in Danville late Thursday evening and discovered Coe dead inside her home, the statement said.
Investigators are asking for the public’s assistance in their investigation.
