New development projects approved in the city of Boston this month will create an estimated 378 new homes, including 59 units (15.6%) of affordable housing.
At the Boston Planning and Development Agency Board’s monthly meeting on Sept. 12, the board approved a slate of new projects, including residential, life science and institutional buildings. According to the board and planning documents, the developments will create about 1,264 construction jobs and 2,138 permanent jobs.
