SPRINGFIELD — Hobby Lobby and PetSmart have each signed leases to locate stores in the new Springfield Crossing retail plaza planned for the mostly vacant Eastfield Mall property on Boston Road.
The leases were recorded over the past few weeks at the Hampden County Registry of Deeds and don’t spell out the dollar amount of rent. But they do give a glimpse into the future of the development scheduled to open in summer 2025.
