The winner of the first $1 million prize in a new lottery game released in Massachusetts came forward to claim their cash on Wednesday.
The $1 million prize was from “200X,” a scratch ticket game released on June 10 for $20 per ticket.
This was the first $1 million prize to be claimed in the game, leaving five $1 million prizes to be claimed as of June 19. All three $10 million grand prizes remain to be claimed.
The winning $1 million ticket was sold in Shrewsbury at a convenience store called Family Farms.
Additionally, someone claimed a $100,000 prize on Wednesday from a winning “$15,000,000 Colossal Millions” ticket they bought at Luke’s Convenience in Braintree.
Overall, at least 591 prizes worth $600 or more were won or claimed in Massachusetts on Wednesday, including eight in Springfield, 13 in Worcester and 60 in Boston.
The Massachusetts State Lottery releases a full list of winning tickets every day. The list only includes winning tickets worth more than $600.
The two largest lottery prizes won so far in 2025 were each worth $15 million. One of the prizes was from a winning “Diamond Deluxe” scratch ticket sold in Holyoke, and the other was from a “300X” scratch ticket sold on Cape Cod.
