A 19-year-old Plymouth man was criminally charged in connection with a crash on the Sagamore Bridge on Friday evening that killed a 79-year-old woman, records show.
Paul Myers was arraigned Monday on charges of homicide while operating a vehicle under the influence – drugs and negligence, operating a vehicle under the influence of drugs and negligent operation of a motor vehicle. He was also charged with a passing violation, a marked lanes violation and speeding, court records show.
Myers pleaded not guilty during his arraignment in Falmouth District Court, where a judge set his bail at $10,000.
