EASTHAMPTON – State regulators this month approved the final environmental impact report for Sierra Vista Commons, a development of the 34-acre Tasty Top site on Northampton Street.
The green light is one of the last hurdles for a project that developer Frank DeMarinis estimates will cost $100 million or more to build over several years.
