FOXBOROUGH — A little clarity came to one of the most competitive battles on the Patriots roster when JuJu Smith-Schuster was released on Friday. The veteran had been vying for one of the final spots in a crowded wide receiver room.
It’s still unclear who will make the final cut, and though Kayshon Boutte remains a bubble player, the second-year wideout is confident that he’ll be in uniform when Week 1 rolls around.
