A proposed contract for Worcester City Manager Eric D. Batista would, if approved, result in the city manager serving three more years.
Batista’s annual base salary would be established at $293,868, starting Dec. 31. His salary would then be raised to $305,223 starting July 1, 2025, and $314,080 beginning July 1, 2026, according to the proposed contract.
