A parking lot on Shrewsbury Street planned to be the site for 87 apartment units was sold to UMass Memorial Health on Nov. 20 for $2.65 million, according to records from the Worcester registry of deeds.
UMass Memorial will use the lot as overflow parking for the UMass Memorial Health/Shields MRI facility, a spokesperson for UMass Memorial told MassLive.
