It’s been nearly 20 years since Tuen Kit Lee, a man who became known as the “bad breath rapist,” tied up and raped a waitress employed at his family’s restaurant inside her Quincy apartment.
On Thursday, a Norfolk Superior Court judge sentenced the 56-year-old to 18 to 20 years in state prison while a woman Lee married during the nearly 17 years in which he lived as a fugitive wiped tears from her face.
