A man who was found with a head injury in New Bedford early Tuesday had been identified as a 58-year-old man and a 31-year-old woman now faces charges in connection with his death.
Stephen Oswald, of New Bedford, was found in front of Seabra Foods on Rockdale Avenue at around 3:40 a.m. Tuesday. First responders found Oswald with a head injury and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Bristol County District Attorney’s Office has deemed his death a homicide and taken a Mattapoisett woman into custody in connection with the death.
