Over the past couple weeks, MassLive asked boys swimming and diving coaches and athletic directors to reflect on their team — and specifically the unsung heroes that make their program run successfully.
For some coaches, it’s the athlete who makes everyone else better. For others, it’s the athlete who is always up for a challenge and willing to fill in wherever needed during a meet.
