East Longmeadow has earned its spot at the top of our first rankings of the season
The Spartans improved their schedule by playing Walpole, Wayland, Grafton, Chelmsford and Notre Dame Academy (Hingham) this spring and, in the highlight of the regular season so far, the team took down rival Longmeadow in April. The loss was the Lancers’ first against a Western Massachusetts team in 12 years.
