A winter weather advisory was issued by the National Weather Service on Friday at 10:41 p.m. valid from 11 p.m. until Saturday 9 a.m. for Southern Worcester.
The weather service says, “Mixed precipitation expected. Ice accumulations up to one tenth.”
“Plan on slippery road conditions,” states the weather service. “Slow down and use caution while traveling.”
