Winning $4 million lottery ticket sold at this Gulf gas station in Mass.

A winning $4 million lottery ticket was sold at a Gulf gas station in Massachusetts, and the winner came forward to claim their prize on Thursday.

The $4 million prize was from “$4,000,000 Bonus Bucks,” a $10 scratch ticket game released in January 2024. There’s just one $4 million grand prize remaining to be claimed in the game as of April 4.

The winning ticket was sold at a Gulf gas station on Montvale Avenue in Woburn.

Another lottery player also won $100,000 during Thursday night’s “Mass Cash” drawing. The winning numbers for the drawing were 5, 9, 28, 32 and 33, and the winning ticket was sold at MB Spirits in Shrewsbury.

Overall, at least 538 prizes worth $600 or more were won or claimed in Massachusetts on Thursday, including 17 in Springfield, 21 in Worcester and 65 in Boston.

The Massachusetts State Lottery releases a full list of winning tickets every day. The list only includes winning tickets worth more than $600.

So far, the largest lottery prize won in Massachusetts this yearwas worth $1 million a year for life.

The prize was from the lottery’s “Lifetime Millions” scratch ticket game. The winner claimed their prize through a trust on July 10, and opted to receive a one-time payment of $15.4 million.
