NORTON — The inaugural FM Championship wraps up Sunday morning at TPC Boston with Jin Young Ko atop the leaderboard after three rounds. She finished 5-under on the day is now 11-under heading into Round 4 on Sunday morning.
A win for the South Korean golfer would mark her 16th career victory on the LPGA Tour and first win since the 2023 Cognizant Founders Cup.
Ko will tee off at 11:05 a.m. EST.
She has some close competition, though, including American golfer Lauren Coughlin, who finished the day 3-under and is 9-under through three rounds. She’s in sole possession of second place.
Coughlin is in search of her third LPGA Tour victory, and her third in less than two months after winning the CPKC Women’s Open in July and the Scottish Open earlier this month.
“I think what I’ve been doing really well is shoot consistently good scores,” she said Saturday after completing Round 3. “Nothing super crazy low or anything, but just super consistent.”
The American will tee off at 11:05 a.m. and is in the same group as Ko.
Three golfers are tied for third — Carlota Ciganda, Allisen Corpuz and Jeeno Thitikul — who are all 8-under.
Ciganda will tee off at 11:05 a.m. with Ko and Coughlin. Corpuz tees off at 10:54 a.m. and is paired with Thitikul.
Haeran Ryu — who was in the lead after shooting an impressive 10-under on Friday — shot 6-over in Round 3, including two double-bogeys on the front nine. Her and Alexandra Forsterling are tied for seventh place at 7-under with Ruixin Liu and Yealimi Noh tied for eighth at 6-under.
Forsterling is paired with Thitikul and Ciganda with the 10:54 a.m. tee time. Ryu will try to make a comeback after a tough Round 3 beginning at 10:43 a.m. Liu will tee off with Ryu as will Noh.
Rockland’s Megan Khang, who’s 4-under after three rounds, tees off at 9:59 a.m. She’ll once again be paired with Lexi Thompson.
