Priced at $475,000 (equivalent to $469 per square foot), this condominium, constructed in 2002 and situated at 61 Philbrick Street, Roslindale, was sold in November. The home spans 1,013 square feet of living area, with two bedrooms and one bathroom. The deal was finalized on Nov. 20.

This condominium, featuring two bedrooms and one bathroom, underwent a change of ownership in November. Located at 43 Sagamore Ave., Winthrop, the home spans 769 square feet and was sold for $475,000, or $618 per square foot. It was built in 1950. The deal was finalized on Nov. 20.
