WESTFIELD – A city woman is facing a charge of vehicular homicide in connection with a fatal crash in a Franklin Street crosswalk where she struck the victim’s powered wheelchair on a Sunday afternoon in September, according to court records.
Jeannie K. Hall, 42, of 25 Collins St., Westfield, was arraigned last week on a charge of vehicular homicide by negligent operation of a motor vehicle brought by State Police investigators.
