WESTFIELD — A new downtown Westfield business offers fruit and vegetable juices and ginger shots, with the aim of encouraging the local community to eat healthier.
“We live in a world where food is kind of more on the GMO side,” said En3rgy Up owner Rebecca Gonzales, referring to genetically modified plants. “We have to start thinking about what we’re eating more, kind of lay off the processed foods and get back into fruits and vegetables and the healthier foods.”
