WESTFIELD — Kealyn Matuszczak, daughter of Chris Tolpa and Kevin Matuszczak and a 2020 graduate of Westfield High School, graduated on May 29-30 from the U.S. Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs as a second lieutenant in the Air Force.
“Throughout your four years at USAFA, your rank is cadet. At the end of your senior year, upon graduation, we have commissioning ceremonies where all seniors are commissioned into the USAF or USSF (Space Force) as second lieutenants. So this happened, for me, a couple weeks ago,” Matuszczak explained.
