WESTFIELD — The City Council last week voted 12-0 to let Ryan Geeleher and RYMC LLC build a contractor’s yard off North Road, with a driveway to Southampton Road.
The contractor’s yard will consist of five buildings totaling approximately 34,200 square feet, 47 parking spots, and a stormwater basin.
Geeleher needed a special permit, site plan approval and stormwater permit from the council. Councilor Kristen Mello abstained from the Sept. 19 vote, as she had missed a previous public hearing.
