WESTFIELD — The Conservation Commission approved work on a proposed North Road contractors’ yard last week, even though its vehicular entrance passes through the 50-foot no-disturb zone around a wetland.
“We’ve minimized our disturbance the best we can,” said Ryan Nelson of R. Levesque Associates representing applicant and property owner RYMC LLC and Ryan Geeleher.
