WESTFIELD — The Conservation Commission voted unanimously to lift an enforcement order for a property off Medeiros Way after receiving proof that restoration work was done for a large clearing of trees, which occurred in the buffer zone of a wetland. The trees were felled in preparation for a cannabis-growing facility.
“I would say what was proposed was completed, you know, aside from the building,” said Conservation Director Anna Meassick.
“And we’re not moving forward with that,” said Jeffry Baksa, manager of L7 Holdings LLC, which owns the North Side property.
