WESTFIELD — For families looking for vacation week activities with their children, consider visiting one of these gems in downtown Westfield.
The Amelia Park Children’s Museum will be open on Wed., Feb. 19 – the museum is normally closed on Wednesdays — and through the weekend. Special activities happen at 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. most days — on Thursdays, suncatchers, and on Fridays, counting caterpillars. At any time during open hours, children of all ages can build, pretend they are a doctor or nurse, become a teller in the bank exhibit, find dinosaur bones, and have fun while moving and exercising.
