After a storm dumped more than 6 inches of snow in parts of Massachusetts across Wednesday night and Thursday morning, residents can expect some relief from the precipitation — but not the icy cold temperatures that brought it on.
Windy conditions are set to continue Friday, with gusts approaching 35 mph. Those winds will combine with an already cold airmass that has brought highs in the low 30s to create feels-like temperatures in the 20s or teens, according to the National Weather Service.
Saturday will be much the same, though forecasters say there is a chance for some scattered flurries in elevated areas. But the flurries are unlikely to make much of an impact, forecasters say.
